Government Negotiators tell the truth:

  • There will be no forcible removal of Six Nations people from the reclamation site, according to the Federal negotiator.
  • Policing is not a matter for the negotiators.
  • There will be no immediate resolution of the title to the reclamations site, at least three months more.
  • There will be compensation for residents. This was announced today by Dr. Marie Bountrogianni, Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs:

* Bountrogianni said Ontario is now looking at compensation
for town residents who surround the disputed site.
